"Suicide" Gorge - FD Advanced canyoning

Suicide Gorge lies in the heart of the Hottentots Holland mountains close to Riviersonderend. This area of mounains and canyons is on of the most beautiful in the world. The day starts very early at 630am at the gate of the Nature Reserve. We then prep our gear, stock up on sunblock, prep wetsuits and start hiking the 27 km hike as soon as possible. The hike meanders for 15 km on perfect trails with gorgeous views along the way. At the 15km mark the 2km canyon Starts! Starting off with a lovely little 2/3meter mini jump. after this. Not revealing too much. We descend down the gorge wading through water, swimming, rock hopping ...and of course stopping for the infamous jumps along the way! Many pools, many jumps! its fantastic. Then push all the way up to 26 meters if you brave enough for that one. Lets go!
